Sunbilt Limited has been appointed exclusive distributors for the new AstraLite vinyl window range in St Lucia. ABEL (Alstons Building Enterprises) - the manufacturers of quality building products for over 60 years – recently commenced production of this innovative line of vinyl windows at their new manufacturing facilities in Trinidad.

To mark the occasion, Sunbilt hosted a cocktail reception at Indies Night Club. There, members of the local building fraternity were formally introduced to the AstraLite window. The feature presentation of the evening was delivered by Mr Roger Sayers, Regional Sales Director at Vinyl Building Products one of the largest extruders of unplasticised polyvinyl chloride for window and door fabrication in the world.

Also in St Lucia for the product launch was a team from ABEL led by Managing Director Glenn Castagne, and including Export Manager, George Elias.

Initially, the AstraLite range will comprise single hung sash, top hung and side hung casement, and slider windows; with arches and other shapes available to satisfy any architectural demand. Double hung sash and louver windows, as well as patio doors will be available by the middle of the year.
